At Black Suede Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
